First MAAT Hydro ++ probabilistic stability calculation approved by French Bureau Véritas!

Thanks to a tight cooperation between Mer & Design and Sistre, MAAT Hydro ++’s new probabilistic stability calculation module has been validated on an actual case.

Designed on MAAT 2000, Mer & Design’s 80 m mixed cargo and passenger vessel “Tuhaa Pae IV”, currently under construction in Colorado Shipyard (Philippines) has been fully calculated with MAAT Hydro ++:

Hydrostatic analysis, tank capacities, cross curves, Max KGs, longitudinal strengths, intact stability, damaged stability according to the new SOLAS 2009 / MSC 194 (80) regulations, etc… have been approved by French Bureau Véritas (Paris), the amount of calculation details provided by MAAT Hydro ++ having allowed an easy and thorough data control.
